At E Storense, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note the following:

• Customers will bear the return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Warranty Policy

All watches purchased from E Storense come with a 6-month machine warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects related to the watch's movement. Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or battery depletion.
